Support for LAs, Trusts and Schools to provide support and challenge to school leaders. This includes self-evaluation practices, a termly visit and a detailed report each term. Bespoke focused reviews can also be provided.
Attendance at review and target setting meetings and additionally attending mid-year review meetings as required, providing advice on Headteacher professional development and wellbeing.
Carrying out a whole school SEND audit in mainstream settings. This includes self-evaluation exercises, a full day visit and a detailed report. Additional meetings can be provided to support the development of a follow-up action plan.
Support for mainstream SEND Co-ordinators. This involves weekly, fortnightly or monthly mentoring meetings (face to face or virtual) to provide advice on workstream, complex cases and applications for high needs funding or EHCPs.
Carrying out a whole school Safeguarding audit. This includes a half day visit and a detailed report. Additional meetings can be provided to support the development of a follow-up action plan..
Bespoke support for mainstream settings, relating to complex individual students. This may involve observations and recommendations to support the Assess, Plan, Do, Review cycle. It may also involve tailored project work.

EVEYTHING I DO PUTS CHILDREN AT THE CENTR AND MY DESIRE TO SUPPORT SCHOOL LEADERS ENSURES THAT MY FEES ARE HIGHLY COMPETITIVE AND BELOW THAT OF MOST LOCAL AUTHORITY SERVICES. I AM ABLE TO BE SLIGHTLY FLEXIBLE TO SCHOOLS OPERATING WITHIN A DEFICIT BUDGET.

Full day charge for multiple observations, meetings and reports as can be reasonably accommodated in a school day
May include: short-term SENDCO cover, curriculum support, planning and teaching support for ECTs or underperforming teachers, middle leadership training (charged at a set daily rate)
Mileage charged at 45p per mile from my base office in Hatfield, as per HMRC guidance.
