As with all great journeys, the path to being an effective leader starts with a single step. I am an experienced Liberating Leadership ® accredited trainer and to embark on the Liberating Leadership ® programme is to make a promise to become a successful and motivated leader of people.

It is an award-winning programme underpinned by 25 years of extensive research into what actually works and having used it successfully across organisations, including the two schools I was a Head in, I have seen it's value and impact first hand in aligning leadership teams and creating a clear shared vision and language.

The Liberating Leadership ® training course will enable you to learn how to become an effective leader-developer of people, by getting them to be the best that they can be. I deliver this programme online or in person and it will build your confidence as a leader and enable you to realign your mindset. It will give you a path to run on and learn new leadership skills that you may not have thought about, or been taught before.

The course is designed for you to do a MOT on yourself, is highly interactive and requires you to complete some pre course questionnaires that will guide you through the four sessions and identify your development areas, offering new effective solutions for you to take back to your teams to get them engaged and highly motivated.

THIS COURSE CONTAINS A BLUE-PRINT FOR MANAGING AND LEADING PEOPLE WHICH WILL:

• Use diagnostic tools to identify leaders’ own development areas
• Dramatically improve levels of motivation and engagement
• Powerfully equip leaders with skills they have not been explicitly taught
• Authentically show leaders how to lead with strength and dignity, confident they are on the right track
• Dynamically pull all leadership lessons together into a process which works

The course involves initial diagnostic assessments and feedback for all participants, 4 x 3.5hr sessions and a participant certificate for those who complete all 4 days. 

By the end of the course leaders will be able to:

• Understand your own mindset and why this is important
• Be able to get the balance of support and challenge right with your teams
• Understand what drives behaviours and how to change this
• Have a 4-step process to follow as a guide to enabling individuals
• Understand why you may not always get what you want from tasks
• Diagnose performance issues correctly and offer solutions
• Know what motivates you and what motivates others and why it’s important
• Be able to flex your style appropriately
• Lead effectively through change and transition
